An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our new  business area as a Customer Service Executive.   Within this department,  we are looking for a variety of skills and experience including, front line support for Financial Advisers as well as customer services support via the telephone or back office administration.
The Prudential Retirement Account is a new proposition being launched which features drawdown and self-investment personal pension functionality.  This will offer our customers the flexibility and control over their retirement income ensuring that they can tailor their options to their individual needs.  This will be the first proposition to be launched on to Prudential's new policy administration system.
As a Customer Service Executive, working on a rotational shift pattern,  you will provide either upfront adviser support via the telephone or back office administrative support.  Both of these areas play an important role in servicing the Prudential Retirement Account from cradle to grave.  Key activities can include supporting illustration production, on boarding of new business, processing of new business and policy servicing.
You will take responsibility for your own performance ensuring you provide a high level of customer experience.  This will be achieved through delivering within service level agreements and on our customer promise by being clear and concise in communication and ensuring all information provided is accurate.   All of your customer interactions and day to day activities will remain compliant within policy, legislation and Prudential's appetite to risk.
We are looking for a number of skills including:
  • A working knowledge of pensions, drawdown and self-investment personal pension products
  • Experience in banking reconciliations or accounting
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to identify trends within existing processes and look to streamline these to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills to promote the functionality of our online proposition to Financial Advisers
