As part of the Voice team you will deal directly with customers who wish to speak to Prudential about their at retirement pension options.  We are an award winning company with two 'Five Star' ratings for excellent service in Investment, Life and Pensions; therefore, our customers have come to expect the highest levels of service.  This means you will need to build strong relationships and always challenge yourself to go the extra mile. 
We're looking to appoint individuals who can grasp opportunities to provide our customers with the clarity, confidence and peace of mind they seek from Prudential.  You will need the qualities necessary to build trust and relationships with your customers by providing complex retirement information in a clear and simple way and can educate customers on their retirement options in a tailored and compliant manner. 
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong customer facing experience (F2F or telephony)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi task using multiple systems
  • Ability to adapt to change is a must
  • Ability to relay complex information in a simple way
  • Good understanding of the impact of your actions can have on our customers and business

Our offices are open between 8am and 8pm and the role will require working on a rotational shift pattern, occasionally including Saturdays.

This is a non-regulated role and all business is conducted on a non-advised basis.  Although this is a non-regulated role the information you give will be monitored via our Training & Competency Team.
