As an Operational Consultant, you will support the analysis and delivery of operational improvements that drive increased performance across Distribution Operations and our distribution channels. 
 
An opportunity has arisen for a secondment in Intermediary Operations as an Operations Consultant. This role will be involved in providing analysis for a number of key initiatives within Intermediaries. In addition the role plays a vital part in implementing and improving processes to assist in the overall operation of the Intermediaries Sales Teams - often dealing with stakeholders across both Prudential and Capita. Intermediaries Distribution is in a period of historic growth and this role provides an opportunity to contribute and take part in this growth.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing projects and business change programmes
  • Delivery of operational support in a regulated, financial services environment
  • Financial modelling and analysis
  • Managing relationships with other business stakeholders
  • Process mapping and improvement
The role involves using your judgement, taking initiative and communicating effectively so that our customers receive a high performance service. 
 
 
Knowledge or experience in the following areas would also be beneficial:
  • Key Distributors and their different business models
  • FCA guidance on Inducements (Regulatory knowledge)
