Having recently won both TTG's Luxury Tour Operator of the Year and Tour Operator of the Year Awards, we are proud of our reputation that is built on first-hand experience of our destinations matched with our ability to quickly produce accurate, competitive offers and quotes for our clients.
As we continue to expand, we require an additional part time Ticketing Administrator to join our motivated and friendly team in our Glasgow HQ.
Candidates for the Ticketing Administrator vacancy must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail, have 2 years’ experience of Galileo or other GDS and a good working knowledge of BSP.
Teamwork and flexibility are key: candidates should demonstrate evidence of being able to work to tight deadlines and be able to prioritise workload, working in a small team in a busy environment. Experience of I.T. fares, schedule changes, ticket reissues, flight upgrades and ticket refunds is also desired.
This role is part time, working 3 days a week between Mondays and Saturdays in our Milngavie HQ on the outskirts of Glasgow.
