Scottish Autism seeks to promote and provide care, education, support and opportunities for people with autism of all ages throughout Scotland.

We currently have a vacancy for a Temporary Learning and Development Administrator for a 12 month period within Learning and Development based at Head Office, Alloa.

As a Learning & Development Administrator, you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of support to Scottish Autism’s Learning & Development function.

In this diverse role, you’ll perform a variety of administrative tasks, including updating and maintaining databases and providing information for reporting purposes.

You will co-ordinate Scottish Autism’s learning and development programme and book a range of training courses for customers.

Data input will be a large part of your role, so a great eye for detail and the ability to maintain your focus are essential.

Interested? To be considered, you must have:

- Previous administration experience, including data entry
- A high level of IT literacy, including MS Office packages

Professional and proactive, as a Learning & Development Administrator, you must have strong communication skills. You must also be able to work in a confidential manner and effectively prioritise your workload.
