25 HOURS PER WEEK – FIXED TERM 1 YEAR
The Human Resources Unit are seeking to appoint a Human Resources Administrator to join their team.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide a professional and responsive first point of contact and administration support service within the Human Resource unit. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have a sound knowledge of administrative processes. Good attention to detail, commitment to delivering excellent customer service and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
The successful candidate will ensure efficient administration of the unit including (but not limited to) the recruitment life cycle, payroll and ensuring all employee data is kept up to date. You will be a strong team player who is also able to work on your own initiative and have the ability to deal with a range of complex and sometimes conflicting demands. You will be educated to SCQF Level 7(HNC or equivalent) in a relative discipline and will have have excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages.
