Ardgowan University Teaching Hospice is a well-established Hospice offering specialist palliative and end of life care to the people of Inverclyde.
This is an exciting opportunity in a newly created role to work as part of the People and Transformation team to provide HR services across the organisation in line with best practice. You will be advising managers on a range of employee relations issues, including performance, capability, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes. You will also be supporting across the whole recruitment process.
You will be CIPD qualified with experience of working as an HR generalist within a small to medium size organisation. You will have a strong knowledge of recruitment processes, excellent employment law knowledge, and significant HR administration experience. In addition you will have very strong written and oral communication skills.
