An opportunity has arisen for a creative, energetic and experienced individual with a proven track record in at least one of the following areas: Internal Communications, Engagement or Learning and is a revised role and one which is designed to ensure the development and implementation of an effective internal communications, employee engagement and learning plan.

This is an exciting time to be involved with the Church of Scotland and as part of the Human

Resources team you will have responsibility to work alongside others taking a lead role in creating and delivering effective two way employee communications and engagement strategies that improve the flow of organisational information, aid effective decision-making, drive employee engagement and improve overall business will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to inform, influence and involve others at all levels.

You’ll have a key role in co-ordination of learning opportunities, supporting Line Managers, encouraging development and designing appropriate training.
