We are: A young, growing company providing executive recruitment and consulting services to a wide variety of global clients.
You are: An ambitious, tenacious, and business focused quick learner who can think laterally, act decisively and communicate exceptionally.
You'll join a team who are focused on delivering the best possible service to their clients and candidates, and you’ll support senior consultants by creating market, business and candidate research reports from a variety of sources.
Reporting into the Head of Research, you must be able to make decisions under pressure, be confident and articulate, and have a professional and engaging style. There’s no script, so you will be solving problems as they occur and creating innovative solutions – you’ll need to be proactive with a can-do attitude. We will support and train you in the specifics, but we’ll give you the freedom to do what you do best.
We also need some support behind the scenes, and so the role will encompass an element of managing diaries, making appointments, administration and mucking in generally.
Demonstrable technical skills are a must, and some marketing and social media skill would be a bonus for us as well. A good educational background would show us your ability to focus and deliver, and an individual who comes with some ideas and input would be a most welcome addition to the team.
Experience-wise it’d be ideal to meet people who had some knowledge of the recruitment world, but if you fit the other criteria, have some experience of working within a busy office environment and have an appetite to learn we’d still like to hear from you.
We'll give you knowledge, commercial experience, and insight into one of the most dynamic sectors you can work in, as well as a decent starting salary of up to £20000 with bonus potential.
