We have an exciting opportunity available for an in-house recruitment consultant. The core of the role will be to:

  • liaise with Project Managers to provide support and guidance for recruitment activity
  • manage the Agency and PSL relationship
  • organise and attend recruitment events
  • manage our social media campaigns and enquiries
  • manage Job Boards and our Applicant Tracking System
  • key team member for recruitment activity

We work within a fast moving and changing environment with constant reviews of our processes for improvement. Working in conjunction with our various Projects to match their needs, you will have the experience and knowledge required to manage your own workload as well as working very much as part of a team.

Everything we do within the team will have the safety of the vulnerable people we support at the core therefore adherence to safer recruitment processes will be paramount.

The importance of a team fit is essential where knowledge, experience and skills are shared in order to build the best team possible. Excellent communication skills are required as well as an open, flexible and positive attitude. Experience of supporting recruitment within the care sector would be an advantage however not essential.

This post will involve travel and travel expenses will be reimbursed.  Our Head Office is in Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir.
