Change are working with a global organisation who are keen to bring on board an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join them at their offices in Edinburgh. Youll be working with a talented and passionate IT Team, providing support to one of the global leaders in their field.
Youll be the first point of contact for internal customers, the role will involve support across multiple teams and you will have the ability to analyse, detect, diagnose and resolve issues, whilst providing a high degree of customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role youll have experience of:
Windows 7 and Linux desktop experience
Support networking knowledge
Experience of managing a high volume of calls per day
Strong Microsoft Office and other desktop software
Experience of providing first rate customer service
