As Marketing Manager, Credit Card Acquisition ( 12 month Fixed Term Contract) your responsibilities will include:

Lead the development and delivery of highly effective Marketing strategy and plans for Banking products.

Supporting the development of a marketing strategy for credit card acquisition.

Develop Marketing plans to achieve Commercial objectives driven by customer insight.

Create and own marketing annual trade plans to support and deliver against trade objectives working with internal teams and  our agencies.

Manage a significant marketing budget to ensure we deliver optimal performance.

Work with key banking business stakeholders to influence, measure and continually optimise the product and market propositions to achieve commercial, marketing and customer objectives.

Work with the other Marketing teams, media buying and creative agencies to deliver optimal plans.

Ensure all promotional materials deliver performance objectives.

Seek out and review customer insight, emerging market-trends and competitor analysis for my products to ensure all activity is built on solid insight.

Ensure risk is understood and well managed within marketing and treating customers fairly is at the heart of everything you do.

Experience required:

Proven experience of developing and managing complex marketing strategies and plans.

Solid Marketing experience including digital, ideally in a financial services or agency environment.

Knowledge of compliance, legal and regulatory requirements.

Understanding and drive to achieve business performance targets.
