This post is fixed term for 12 months, pending a review within Marketing & Communications.
Marketing and Communications provides Edinburgh Napier with a first class interface with the external world by managing the University’s brand, profile and reputation with key stakeholders.
The Online Content Co-Ordinator will have a passion for digital communications. Your main responsibilities will include scheduling, repurposing and editing compelling content for use across the university’s social media channels, staff intranet, corporate homepage, and other digital channels.
You will provide digital support to a wide range of campaigns delivered by the Marketing & Communications team – from helping to raise the University’s academic reputation to student recruitment.
You will have experience of:
• writing across a range of digital channels, repurposing content for external as well as internal audiences, and evaluating its effectiveness
• using content management systems to update and maintain websites, as well as a working knowledge of photo and video editing software
• working in a content management or communications role
You will demonstrate a strong grasp of what makes for compelling digital content, and have excellent written and organisational skills.
