Marketing & Communications Manager  
Pole To Win International is recruiting a Marketing and Communications Manager for our Global Sales and Marketing team. We are looking for a great communicator, who is energetic and dynamic, with a creative streak, highly motivated and UK-based. The role will have responsibilities for developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies within agreed budgets. This position would suit an ambitious, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of delivering and quantifying promotional and revenue returns from a wide mix of marketing and communications activities within a global marketing environment. Experience of working for an outsource service provider and within fast-paced disruptive markets is advantageous.

• In conjunction with Senior Management, prepare marketing plans and budgets and then take responsibility for management and implementation
• Ensure marketing expenditure sits within agreed budgets, and track and report expenditure against budget on a monthly basis
• Event planning and organisation: supervising and delivering events on time, within budget, that meet and exceed projections and expectations
• Take ownership of the management of the company website and oversee continual optimisation and design of the website content
• Work closely with the Sales Support team to develop campaigns and ensure they run to deadline and are within budget
• Develop strategies to communicate with new target markets, outside of our existing markets
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, presenting findings and recommendations to SVP Sales & Marketing
• Manage the design & production of all marketing assets, including, and not limited to,  promotional materials, merchandise and advertising assets
• Support the Sales team with both corporate and bespoke client presentations, press releases, inbound marketing content and promotional activities, as required
• Support Senior Management and contribute directly to the success of the Sales & Marketing team
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to direct reports
• Travel and attend trade shows as required
Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within a Global Marketing environment and have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
• Specific Digital, Content and Social marketing experience, including website management and optimisation
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Experience of working within a flexible team environment of an international matrixed organisation
• The ideal candidate will be:

In addition to the ‘hard skills’, the ideal candidate profile would also include:

Experience in fast-paced and disruptive tech markets,  (interactive media, software, apps, games, entertainment etc)

  • Experience working with different creative content types and skills e.g. design, writing, audiovisual, localization, video
  • Ability to show evidence of aligning customer journeys to different campaign channels with revenue outcomes e.g. email, web, social, mobile etc
  • CRM and marketing automation know-how
