Salary: Circa. £30,000 commensurate with experience
Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS), our 61 member Citizen Advice Bureaux (CAB), the Citizen Advice consumer service, and the Extra Help Unit, form Scotland’s largest independent advice network. Advice provided by our service is free, independent, confidential, impartial and available to everyone. We are champions for both citizens and consumers and in 2014/15 the Citizens Advice Service in Scotland helped over 323,000 clients in Scotland deal with over one million issues overall.
We are currently recruiting for the post of Services Communication Manager
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced communications professional with extensive copywriting experience and a track record of delivering communications channels and projects.
Skills in influencing and working collaboratively with stakeholders and employees at all levels will be required.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and deliver a service communications strategy, channels and content for CAS and it’s 61 member bureaux.
