We are looking for an experienced Senior Internal Communication Manager to create a best-in-class corporate communication strategy that supports a high performance culture amongst our client's UK based employees.
As part of a small team you'll lead the PLC related internal communications activity, with accountability for significant corporate announcements and act as strategic adviser to a number of senior executives across the business.
With an understanding of the importance of effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders and a proven track record in delivering results, you'll bring creativity and flair, along with a strong sense of how to manage reputational risk.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, the role is fast paced and the team's output is highly visible, so we're looking for an enthusiastic, professional individual who is organised and capable of working in a dynamic environment where quality, accuracy and attention to detail is second to none.
You will have exceptional written communication skills and a continuous improvement mind set and experience in leading internal communication activity in a PLC environment and a track record in delivering results. Financial services experience is preferable and a working knowledge of managing communications to meet disclosure obligations would be advantageous
