Support Workers (Glasgow and surrounding areas)

Ailsa Response are working alongside a new and exciting client, who is currently looking for experienced and motivated support workers, who enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude and are committed to making a real difference to individuals' lives with complex physical and learning difficulties.

Successful candidates will have the skills and knowledge to provide high quality care. Experience is essential, as you will be supporting adults who may display challenging behaviours. The support worker role is crucial in supporting people with epilepsy to live an independent life. Epilepsy can be different for each person and so the care needed can vary also.

Our client is seeking caring individuals to provide a person centred approach and support each individuals' different needs. Daily responsibilities may include, supporting with personal care, preparing meals, money management, house hold tasks and outings, which appeal to each individual’s hobbies and interests.

A full and clean driving licence is preferred but not required. Additionally at least 1 years paid experience in a supported living position is essential, alongside a full PVG screen record.
