Motor Trade Call Centre Executive / Reservations Advisor / Customer Contact Executive
Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm with Saturdays 9am -6pm and Sunday 11am -6pm on a rota 38 or 39- one inbound and one outbound
£7.59ph at 39 hours £15,400 + bonus
Our client in Falkirk is an automotive franchised dealer group, they are currently looking to recruit experienced call centre staff to join their customer focused service bookings team.
As part of our clients automotive main dealer aftersales team you will be responsible for:
-outbound calls to existing customers
-maximising profit opportunities by promoting additional work, service plans and warranties
-customer care and retention
-ensuring that all customers calling into the dealer group are dealt with in an efficent and polite manner
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced call centre operative looking for their next stage in their career by join a successful main car dealership. The role would also suit an individual with automotive knowledge and customer care experience. Experience in a telesales environment is essential, experience within the Automotive industry would be an advantage.
Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Full training on all systems will be given.
