What we are looking for? –A Sales Executive with a difference! You will sell s1select – our added value service helping customers find and hire the right people. Ideally this person will have recruitment experience gained either within a recruitment consultancy or working in-house within a corporate organization, it is also essential that you have the full 360 degree understanding.

We need people who have an almost supernatural sales flair for consistently winning new accounts - cold calling doesn’t faze you; you love the challenge and the potential it presents. You have bags of energy, you are tenacious in your quest to bring on new clients.

  • Gain an understanding of each organisation
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Exceed revenue and activity targets
  • Design and implement tailored solutions
  • Build and nurture strong relationships
  • Create, manage and grow sales pipeline
  • Implement and review tactical and strategic sales initiatives

We need you to have

  • B2B field sales or high level telesales experience within advertising, media, digital or online
  • Solution based sales experience  
  • Experience in a new business, development role
  • In depth understanding of the UK Recruitment market
  • A proven track record of generating new business sales with year-on-year revenue growth
