Customer Account Manager
37.5 hrs per week – 10-8pm shift pattern.
£20,000 per annum + uncapped weekly bonus!

Over the past 12 months we have out-stripped our competitors in terms of growth and business acquisition. As we continue to grow we are seeking a number of Customer Account Managers to help develop new business from warm leads provided by our call centres, external sources and our digital platform.
These roles involve managing a client development pipeline, assessing client needs and identifying, communicating and providing a range of financial solutions to suit individual clients’ circumstances.
The successful candidate should be:
- Influential, high-energy, professional and dynamic.
- able and driven to sell
- have excellent communication skills
- have the ability and resilience to cope with rejection
- be capable of working independently or as part of a team; and
- have the capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
