Life Science Graduate Livingston   10.00 per hour

Temporary 6 Month Contract

My Client is a large, multi-national organisation based in the Livingston area. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Administrator to support them on a temporary basis estimated to last 6 months, possibly longer.

You will be based within the Project Team, supporting a number of Project Managers.

Duties will include:

  • Gather required data and update database
  • Order materials
  • Monitoring and track the day to day running of designated projects
  • Maintain project documentation files
  • Update and maintain internal databases with generic project information and input project specific information
  • Liaise with other departments and support services
  • Keep Project Managers and other relevant staff informed of any issues that may affect the smooth running of the project

To be considered for this position, Candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Candidates should be graduated in a relevant Life Sciences qualification
  • Solid administration, planning and co-ordinating experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Confident IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task in a fast paced environment
