Just Connections (A Project of Partners for Inclusion)
In keeping with its aims of staying small and person centred, Partners for Inclusion is growing Just Connections, which will be a small autonomous organisation operating within a group structure alongside Partners for Inclusion and in the longer term other small person centred organisations.
Just Connections designs and individually tailors support for people. We believe that those amongst us with learning and mental health needs are more than capable of playing an active part in community life and as valued citizens have much to offer society. Our work helps people lead ordinary lives filled with meaning and a greater freedom from the barriers people with disabilities often face.
We are currently recruiting for services in East Ayrshire and South Ayrshire.
We are currently looking for support workers to work as part of a small team to deliver support to an individual in their own home and be part of their own community.
As everyone is an individual we need people who can bring a bit of themselves to the post as this is more than just a job.
