Turning Point Scotland is a national social care charity providing services to people with addictions, learning disabilities, mental health issues, those in the criminal justice system and those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Our service provides support to adults with learning and physical disabilities across South Ayrshire enabling individuals to achieve their aspirations and choices, develop new skills, increase self-esteem and get the most out of life.

We offer support with personal care and skills for daily living, accessing educational or leisure facilities and social opportunities. 

We also provide comprehensive person centred supports to people with Huntington’s disease.

All supports and interventions are tailored to meet the needs of the individual using person centred processes that involve people who know the person well, including family and friends, other professionals and staff members.

Support Worker Grade 1
Full Time (30 hrs) and Part time (​16hrs) roles available
Full Time Ref: PREST/16/04
Part Time Ref: PREST/16/05
Salary: £14,442 - £15,944 pro rata - Salary under review (minimum £8.25 ph)
Location: South Ayrshire

A driving licence is essential for these roles.         

These posts will include personal care. Good housekeeping and cooking skills are also essential.
