We are looking to recruit:-

Project Workers
Salary: £23,483 rising to £24,745 with further opportunity to earn up to £26,008

A role which requires you to case manage up to 12 young people through effective support planning and risk assessment. You will be effective and proficient in collaborating with all partners and have experience in crisis management to support the helpline activity on a rota basis making professional decision and judgements as necessary.

This post require individuals to:-

  • Work flexibly to meet the demands of the service, involving regular weekend and evening work;
  • Develop safe, professional and committed relationships with young people and families
  • Use their communication skills effectively to influence positive change and provide personalised, risk enabled, professional support.

The role will initially mainly cover Dundee and Fife and it is essential, therefore, that you can drive, have access to your own vehicle for work purposes and are covered for business insurance purposes. 

Project Workers must have, or be willing to work towards qualifications essential to carry out their roles and meet registration requirements. Professional report writing and the ability to use technology to record all activity is essential to ensure effective evidenced based outcomes using our ‘A Better Life’ toolkit.
