Inspire aims to empower the life choices of adults, young people and children with learning disabilities and additional support needs in North East Scotland. 

The organisation employs over 400 staff and provides a range of more than 50 services throughout Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray.

Support Worker. 32 hours per week. £14,636 - £16,500 per annum, pro rata.

Support Assistant. 16 hours per week. £14,379 -  £14,912 per annum, pro rata

An opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker and Support Assistant to join our team at Edgar Road in supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a range of day to day activities within their own homes and within the community.

An interest in art and crafts, dance exercise would be beneficial, as is the ability to be a team player but still use own initiative and be innovative.

These posts will include evening and weekend work. A flat rate payment is made for sleep–in duties worked in addition to normal hours. 

These posts will be subject to membership of the PVG Scheme.
