We are looking to recruit:-

Assistant Project Workers (£19,190 rising to £20,301 with further opportunity to earn up to £21,311)

A role which requires you to build relationships with young people and families and be part of a package of professional support, challenging attitudes and behaviours through structured interventions.

Assistant Project Workers must have, or be willing to work towards qualifications essential to carry out their roles and meet registration requirements. Professional report writing and the ability to use technology to record all activity is essential to ensure effective evidenced based outcomes using our ‘A Better Life’ toolkit.

This position requires individuals to:-

  • Work flexibly to meet the demands of the service, involving regular weekend and evening work;
  • Develop safe, professional and committed relationships with young people and families
  • Use their communication skills effectively to influence positive change and provide personalised, risk enabled, professional support.

The role will initially mainly cover Glasgow and the West and it is essential, therefore, that you can drive, have access to your own vehicle for work purposes and are covered for business insurance purposes.
