An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Training Manager to deliver bespoke training to our full time staff as well as a wide variety of clients within Health and Social Care Sector.

This is a fantastic role for an experienced trainer that will allow you to contribute to the delivery of the highest level of person centred care for staff within the community as well as being responsible for the delivery of their continuing professional training.

This is a key role within the organisation and is fundamental to ensuring all staff are trained to a high level that will allow them to be the best in their daily role.  You will also be committed to ensuring that all updated training is met and delivered within appropriate timescales.

As Clinical Training Manager you will deliver classroom-based training and contribute to the content of the courses that are delivered. Our aim is to ensure continuity in providing skilled and competent members of staff to work within the community. Our basic training includes, but is not limited to:

  • Induction
  • Moving and Assisting
  • Medication
  • Food Hygiene
  • First Aid
  • Health & Safety
  • Record Keeping
  • Infection Control
  • Personal Care
  • Adult Support and Protection
  • Dementia

You will assess the training schedule to ensure it delivers necessary training for staff and where appropriate you will develop new training sessions to increase the knowledge and skillset of staff.  You will also attend new training courses to help increase the knowledge and delivery of your own training.

As Clinical Training Manager your role will also include building and developing relationships with external clients in order to generate new business.  This will include speaking with and meeting with new and prospective to clients to sell a variety of training packages.

You will either be a fully registered Nurse with or you will have a considerable amount of experience at Senior Level within the Health & Social Care sector in a training setting.  You will be passionate and committed to providing high quality training.  You will be capable of working using your initiative and you will be an excellent communicator who can work with people at all levels.
