Salary: £20,520 per annum pro rata
Role: Alcohol and Drug Prevention and Education Worker
Hours: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2017
Full time – 35 hours per week, though part time hours may be considered
This exciting and challenging post is based in a local community and is funded by Community Planning and NHS GG&C. The successful applicant will engage with local residents, community groups, voluntary and statutory agencies in developing and implementing alcohol and drug prevention and education strategies.
Applicants should have experience of working in community settings, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an understanding of addiction issues.
