Support Worker - Living Ambitions
We have a range of opportunities for highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals looking to support and empower people with a learning disability.
You will work as part of a team, providing personalised care and support that will enable people to develop their skills, interests and community connections.
We have opportunities for highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals to support people with learning disabilities within a supported living environment providing 24 hour support.

You will work in a high quality environment and be part of a committed and friendly staff team. As the people you support develop their skills, interests, and community connections, you will be able to enjoy a fulfilling and worthwhile job.
Support workers are responsible for ensuring that people receive the very best standards of care. Some of your key responsibilities may include assisting/supporting with personal/practical care tasks according to individual needs, which may include assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, cooking, household tasks etc.
Working as part of a team, you will be required to also meet the social and emotional needs of the individuals you support, using person-centred planning approaches to enable each person to enjoy a quality of life and develop skills and independence. You will work in accordance to the National Care Standards.
