You will be required to work as part of a caring team to provide personal care, practical assistance and social support services to maintain people in their own homes.
The post is in the Bo'ness area.
You must have the ability to be mobile across the Council area.
The hours are 24.57hrs per week on a 7 over 14 working pattern with an availability of 7am - 6pm.
Successful applicants for posts working with children or vulnerable adults will be subject to the PVG scheme.
