Bield are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to provide high quality person centred care to Service Users of our Bield at Home Service based in West Port, Linlithgow

In this role, you will provide a range of services to older people within, and external to their homes, including personal care, meal preparation, domestic tasks, payment of bills, shopping, administration of medication and help with practical tasks in a way that promotes independent living skills and community involvement.
Hours of employment are 20 per week organised over a 5 day shift rota basis which will include evenings and weekends. The post is being offered on a temporary basis for 6 months.
The successful candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme through Disclosure Scotland and be able to meet the requirements of the Scottish Social Services Council within regulatory timescales.
A Driving Licence would be advantageous.
