DEVELOPMENT COACH (OUTREACH)
Salary: £22,287.07 per annum
36.25 hours per week
Post 1 – Location: North Aberdeenshire
Post 2 – Location: Aberdeen City, Banchory & Stonehaven.
Post 3 – Location: North Aberdeenshire
The Foyer are looking for 3 charismatic new members of the team who will motivate and proactively engage with individuals in rural and more socially isolated areas across Aberdeenshire. Through the provision of information, advice and support each new role will support participants to access employment, training and education opportunities.
Using a person centered approach you will undertake strength based employability assessments with participants as well as ensure eligibility for the ESF provision, to determine the necessary support and development opportunities with each participant and in particular support towards accredited learning. You will support participants to build on their strengths and enable them to progress towards employment. You will work cooperatively with a variety of agencies including other services and agencies in Aberdeenshire to support positive outcomes.

Interview date for posts 1 & 3 will be either 24th or 25th November in Peterhead.
Interview date for post 2 will be 1st December in Aberdeen.
