The Foyer are looking for an experienced Solutions Focused Counsellor to work
alongside our Foyer Learning team to provide Mental Health and Wellbeing support for ESF employability programme participants.
Working toward or qualified to post graduate degree level in a Counselling Discipline. Experience in cognitive behavioural therapy, person centred therapy and solution focussed therapy.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team you will provide support to identified groups and individuals experiencing mental health related problems. You will develop and deliver individual, telephone based and group therapeutic counselling and mental health and wellbeing support that improves clients’ abilities to self manage their condition and increases their ability to move into work.
You will support and promote positive mental health and provide support, information and advice for colleagues in relation to the support needs of the identified client group.
