Job Advert

You will provide assessment /review and care management to our locality based multi-disciplinary team across all adult community care groups. Previous experience of working as a Social Worker in the community with Adult Support and Protection awareness and excellent risk management skills are desirable. A commitment to joint working is required. You must be a qualified Social Worker with
A DipSW or equivalent, and registration with SSSC is essential.

You must have the ability to be mobile across the Falkirk Council area.
