Renfrewshire Community Planning Partnership has made a significant commitment to, and investment in improving outcomes for families, children and young people in Renfrewshire, through its innovative family centred approach.
We are now looking to recruit key staff to work as part of our ‘Locality Core Team’ in each of the Linwood and Ferguslie localities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team which will provide a family centred and flexible approach to children’s services to give our children a better start in life and improve outcomes for children and families.
Renfrewshire Community Health Partnership, Renfrewshire Council and key representatives from the voluntary sector have worked in partnership to identify an integrated team approach to early intervention. Support and advice for families will be offered initially through the Locality Core Team, backed up with more specialist services if required.
This post is funded until the end of March 2015. Applications are welcome from anyone who would enjoy the challenge of working as part of an integrated team. Applications from existing staff of the NHS, Renfrewshire Council and the Voluntary sector will be considered on a secondment basis with agreement of their current line manager.We would like to hear from you if you think you have the skills, commitment and vision to make a difference to families in the Linwood and Ferguslie areas of Renfrewshire. It is essential that you are educated to SVQ level 3, Registration on part 1 Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) register or equivalent. It is anticipated that interviews for these posts will take place week commencing 30 September 2013.
