As we move into one of the most challenging periods in the history of social housing provision, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Housing Assistant.
Reporting to a Senior Housing Officer you will be part of a team delivering housing management services to our tenants. This includes managing vacant Weslo properties, the tenant nomination process, setting up tenancies and managing any changes.
You will be able to demonstrate high levels of achievement in your current or previous role and be able to prioritise your workload as well as ensuring that tasks are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures.
You will be confident, articulate and be experienced in dealing with the public. You will also be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
A current driving licence is essential as is the ability to occasionally work in the evening or at weekends if required.
This is a full time position of 37 hours a week.
