Job

The role of Accounts Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

Raise, send and organise the payment of invoices
High volume bank reconciliations
Credit card reconciliation
Expenses processing
Reconcile company accounts
Chase late payments
Credit control
Cash book/Day book Income & Expenditure maintenance
Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
Basic administration

You

As an Accounts Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

Previous experience working with bank reconciliation
Either AP or AR experience
Great communicator and able to work with both stakeholders and beneficiaries of the charity
