Anderson Knight are recruiting on behalf of a well established business based in Lanark who are looking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to their team. The role will be to support Finance team to ensure that all internal and external deadlines and processes are managed. The position is hybrid working and offers a salary of £27,000-£30,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Support Purchase ledger

· Daily processing of invoices and of the queries that come with them

· Supporting the management of the mailbox

· Ensure accurate coding

· Any Ad hoc duties

Desirable Skills/Knowledge:

· Ability to use Microsoft Office programs

· SAGE experience

· Good communication skills.

· Ability to work in fast paced environment

· Ability to multitask & cope with changing priorities.

· Working knowledge in excel of lookups and pivots

· Experience of data manipulation in excel
