Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to recruit an Executive PA on a permanent basis.

The client is a leading organisation with one of the largest customer bases in Europe, and an extensive international network covering financial and business centres around the world. The client is looking to grow their business support team and will be wanting to progress individuals.

Duties:

Providing first-class day-to-day PA support to leaders
Extensive diary management - planning and scheduling meetings and appointments (this involves lots of juggling of diaries and meeting room bookings)
Some email and in box management
Organising team away days - sourcing new innovative venues
organising travel, visas, hotels, cars and creating detailed travel itineraries
Administrative support: managing expenses, raising POs/invoices, booking couriers, minute/note taking, ordering catering for meetings, greeting guests, etc.
