A truly fantastic opportunity for a corporate lawyer to join a powerhouse of a firm in the Cayman Islands!

The firm seek a corporate solicitor ideally with 2+ years’ PQE to join a team built up with senior fee earners.

You will provide technically excellent legal advice on a full range of corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a demanding corporate caseload providing an outstanding level of service to clients.
Build and maintain working relationships with clients. Establish credibility, influence where appropriate and provide excellent client service.
Support partners are larger and more complex transactions.

Skills and Experience Required

Gained a minimum of 2 years’ PQE within a highly regarded firm in the UK or internationally.
Excellent academics
Experience within corporate is essential ideally within private equity, capital markets, M&A and general corporate advisory.
Excellent business development skills.
