Salary: EVH Grade 4 £24,764

Are you able to engage with customers and put them at the heart of everything you do? Have you a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude? Can you manage a challenging workload? Are you able to work well within a team but are also happy to use your own initiative?

If the answer is yes to all of the above – you could be the person for us.

We are seeking to recruit two highly motivated individuals to join our Customer Advisor Team. The successful candidates will be the primary point of contact for external customers, provide an efficient, effective customer services delivery and support colleagues.

The ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines is essential. Computer literacy and a flexible attitude are essential.

A Basic Disclosure Scotland check will be required for this post.
