s1jobs’ traffic is now officially nearly three times that of its nearest rival.
The results of the National Online Recruitment Audience Survey (2007 update) published on Monday, August 6, show s1jobs’ traffic has grown significantly.
According to NORAS, s1jobs attracts 371,400 Scottish-based job seekers per month. Monster attracted just 135,600 Scottish users while the next best performing Scottish site, ScotCareers, attracted only 119,800 Scottish users.
Mark Smith, s1 Managing Director said: “We’re delighted with the results. The NORAS findings yet again confirm that s1jobs is by far the most popular recruitment site in Scotland and help explain why more than 2,000 businesses – including Scotland’s top five plcs – now choose to recruit through the site.
“We’ll continue to invest heavily in the brand and in our technology to ensure we can continue to develop and provide the service our clients have come to expect.”
The NORAS survey is the biggest of its kind in the UK, with more than 37,000 users of online recruitment sites being questioned about their job seeking habits during 2007. Each participating site’s audience figures are fully audited by ABC Electronic to ensure accuracy and consistency. |
