Scottish Widows to recruit 130 customer service staff in Edinburgh
Scottish Widows has confirmed plans to recruit 130 customer service staff for its Dalkeith Road office in Edinburgh.
The company, which already employs over 1400 staff in its customer service division, says the vacancies are a result of continued strong performance and growth.
Approximately 60 of the vacancies will be in the customer contact area and will be telephone-based roles.
The remaining vacancies are in the recently formed "retirement account" dept and will be for experienced pension administration staff.
