Scotland is experiencing rising salaries in financial services, according to recruitment firm Joslin Rowe.
Average salaries for jobs have surged 25.26 per cent in the last year, increasing from £23,000 to £28,810. The average in London has fallen about 0.15 per cent.
Director Margaret Dyer said: "Firms still seem prepared to pay to get the best people on board."
