Care home for elderly creates 15 new jobs

A new care home has been opened in the Darnley area of Glasgow, creating 15 jobs for local people.
The £3million Glenlivet Gardens Care Home is a modern 48 bed facility for the elderly.
It was opened by Glasgow-based JSL Care with support from Glasgow South West Regeneration Agency.
Alison Sinclair, chief executive of GSWRA, said: "At a time when some companies are experiencing difficulty it is all the more important that we celebrate the success of new businesses, especially those which show a real commitment to working with people from the local area."
Glenlivet Gardens is located at Glenlivet Place, Darnley.
