Unions
According to the Employment Relations Act 1999 {UK}, in the United Kingdom employers may not restrict the rights of employees to join unions. Unions are collective groups to which employees belong and act as representative bodies to protect workers’ rights.
Zdruzeni, svazy
Podle zakona Employment Relations Act 1999{UK}, nesmi zamestnavatel jakymkoli zpusobem zamezovat svemu zamestnanci, aby se zdruzoval do svazu. Svazy jsou kolektivni skupiny, do kterych zamestnanec patri a muze reprezentovat sva prava.
Equal opportunity policy
Racial and gander slurs and activities in the wokrkplace are also wholly unacceptable: under UK law, such constitutes assault, and the person making the remark or doing the act may be charged under criminal law as well as prosecuted in civil law by the victim in order to receive damages to compensate for injuries sustained.
