We believe in providing our employees with an excellent benefits package - something you’d expect from a large financial services organisation. Of course, our size means we have offices all around the country and different locations may enjoy slightly different benefits. So, for example, you could enjoy the following:
No one knows the value of having good pension provisions better than us – it’s our business, after all. When you join, we’ll set you up with a Group Personal Pension and make contributions on your behalf. And, in turn, you can increase your pension by paying additional voluntary contributions, if you wish.
Bonus schemes form an important part of our reward package and enable us to recognise and reward individual performance. Awards are made under our employee and senior management bonus schemes annually.
Core benefits package
We provide all employees with a generous core benefits package, which includes
• Private healthcare - Let’s face it, we all need to visit the doctor and sometimes there’s more to it than a quick check-up. The healthcare scheme will provide you with eligible medical treatment in a private hospital
- • Life assurance - Life assurance provides an important financial safety net for your loved ones by paying out a cash lump sum of four times your pensionable salary, if you die.
- • Income protection - Income protection is designed to safeguard your earnings if you’re unable to work due to long-term illness or disability
- • Critical illness - If you are diagnosed with a qualifying serious illness, this could help you cope financially by providing you with a cash lump sum.
Flexible benefits package
In addition to providing you with a generous core benefits package, we also offer a range of voluntary benefits for you to choose cover for yourself and in some instances your family members. For example, you could choose childcare vouchers, dental care, a bike under the cycle to work scheme, discounted retail vouchers, a health assessment, to buy or sell holidays, and more.
On joining us, employees will receive a minimum of 25 days per year (pro-rated for part time employees) plus bank holidays.
Some roles enable you to work flextime. This means, as long as you have worked additional hours to meet the needs of the business, you can take additional time off. This could help you to sort out the bits and pieces you sometimes can’t do at the weekend. Through flextime you could take an additional day off per month – that’s 12 days per annum on top of your holiday allowance
Please note that the benefits offered may vary by role, grade or location and that they may change periodically. Terms and conditions may apply..
