The figures below are a genuine reflection of what salaries candidates are being paid for the roles they undertake. Rather than base our information on flimsy data collection or using a minority of replies as a representative salary, this information is based on the actual salaries candidates accepted to take new permanent positions. The sample was taken for positions over the past 14 months and included information from well over 100 new permanent placements solely within Scotland.
