Joslin Rowe emerged as the only agency to be "Highly Commended" by the 2007 UK Recruiter Award judging panel in the category of "Best Financial/Accountancy Recruitment Firm." This accolade follows an unprecedented two year spell in 2005 & 2006 when Joslin Rowe lifted the title of "Best Financial/Accountancy Recruitment Firm." The judges praised our candidate initiatives saying, "Recent innovations include an interactive website and SMS text messaging to contact candidates.

These achievements have ensured Joslin Rowe's place as one of the most successful agencies at the UK Recruiter Awards and clearly demonstrate our status as the recruitment consultancy of choice in the Scottish marketplace.

In 2006 Joslin Rowe's focus on service excellence was recognised by the UK Recruiter Awards, where Joslin Rowe won the title of "Best Financial Services & Accountancy Recruitment Firm". A panel of senior HR and Recruitment professionals from organisations across the UK highlighted Joslin Rowe's client care as a major reason behind the win pointing to a client's testimony that "Joslin Rowe have always been one of the first recruitment consultancies I call... their service is outstanding." The judges also commended our innovative initiatives including our work promoting education and financial careers in the community via our work experience programmes, mentoring schemes and careers advisory tours in under performing schools.

In 2005 our achievements were recognised when Joslin Rowe won the title of "Best Office Support Agency" - the last time this category was opened up for nominations. A panel of senior HR and Recruitment professionals from organisations across the UK judged Joslin Rowe's work in the secretarial market to be "an award winning example of going the extra mile for candidates" and offering an "innovative approach" to clients.
