LUSONA was formed with one very clear aim as far as your professional career goes. We will consult, we will advise and we will implement YOUR plan. The fact is, that a successful career – and correspondingly a successful business – needs the objectives of both employee and employer to be almost symmetrical.

LUSONA have been advising professionals and organisations in the legal and financial arenas for a very, very long time and we believe that there is never, ever a substitute for experience. We want to share the benefit of this experience with you. Here’s something that will surprise you. Our Team

Our team is made up of some of the best individuals in the business and between us we have over 50 years experience within the legal, accountancy and financial sectors. So as we said above if you’ve been around that long you’re going to know a lot of people and we do. We have all recruited across a broad spectrum of industries within these sectors having placed key decision makers within such establishments and have maintained strong bonds with people over the years meaning that when they are next looking to recruit they will think of us first.
